State Game Lands 67
A 5,700-acre state game land in Huntingdon County, with a driving tour that starts on Burma Road off Little Valley Road.
State Game Lands 67 is a 5,700-acre tract in Huntingdon County. The Pennsylvania Game Commission owns and manages state game lands such as this one, and says their primary purpose is wildlife habitat and lawful hunting and trapping, with other recreation permitted under its regulations.
The Commission scheduled a driving tour of the game land from noon to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The route covers about seven miles from Burma Road, off Little Valley Road, to Route 913 between Coalmont and Dudley. The notice says the tours are free of charge, held rain or shine, and must be driven in vehicles licensed for travel on public roads.
Dave Hurst's October 2023 column says driving on State Game Lands access roads is permitted during hunting season through mid-January. It also says bicycling and horseback riding are allowed when hunting is not in season. The Commission says seasonal road openings depend on hunting seasons, road conditions and safety.
